I hope you all had a great long weekend. We headed down to the beach and although it was cold, it was just what we needed. It feels like the quiet before the storm at the moment. I’m in denial that we move out of our house in less than three weeks! So instead of packing boxes in Melbourne, we had a very social weekend catching up with friends which was undoubtedly much more fun. Our beach house will be our getaway in the next year as we will be staying with my parents for the duration of the new build. Although it’s a small house, I am slowly filling it with things I love. I just received this blue butter dish from Anthropologie online and I feel it may well be the start of a new collection.
For this week’s Friday’s Favourites I am featuring an American Interior Designer who I have only recently discovered, Kelly Nutt. Kelly is based in California and her work is classic with a contemporary edge, my favourite style. She starts with a traditional foundation which she builds on with classic finishes and textiles.
Her approach is refined and timeless.
What a beautiful outdoor space. I love the feature stone wall and blue sun lounges.

Have a lovely weekend.
