With her eye for detail and collaborative approach she can help you create your dream home without the stress and uncertainty. Furthermore, Belinda has established strong relationships with a range of suppliers to source interior products in Australia and abroad to create a high-end finish.
We offer a free no obligation initial 15 minute phone catch up to get an idea of your project, what assistance you need and how we might be able to help. You then have the option to book an in-home consultation. This is an opportunity to get as much detail from you including your expectations, timeline of the project, your style and budget. This will assist us in then being able to provide you with a Scope of Work and Service Proposal. This stage ensures we are on the same page with the details and vision for your dream home and can’t wait to get started.
2. Design Development and Presentation
Depending on the scope of the project this stage usually starts with us working on new or revising your own drawings and plans. We can make suggestions of any additional changes in relation to design, layout and storage solutions. Through Mood Boards, sharing of images and product samples you are feeling confident and excited about the journey ahead. The overall scheme of your home is cohesive, and you can visualise the big picture.
3. Design Detail and Implementation
We will then collaborate with you to select all materials related to your cabinetry, flooring, lighting and colours. We ensure that all the finer details of your house design have been thoughtfully considered so you don’t need to worry. We provide a cohesive document of all of our selections, so you are confident with where things are heading and there is clear communication of decorating concepts and selections between us and the builder.
4. Interior Decorating
This is the icing on the cake. With a Furniture Floor Plan(s) and Mood Board(s) you can easily see the complete look for the room. All pieces are quoted so you are clear on the costings, and we take care of the rest. We have created a space you love to spend time in, and you have peace of mind knowing your beautiful space is complete.
While Belinda’s home was inspired by this style, our philosophy is bringing a fresh approach to classic design. Our clients are often planning a renovation of their heritage or period style homes. Not influenced by fad designs, we love nothing more than honouring the existing classic details and architecture of a home. We will ensure it functions for a modern lifestyle working alongside you to ensure it reflects your style and personality. Our approach focuses on selecting quality materials, within budget, to create a home that you are proud to call your own.
We consider each job individually and quote accordingly. In our initial meeting we aim to get as much detail from you about what services you are needing and how we can help you. This assists us to then be able to provide you with Scope of Works and Estimate of Fees for your review.
We are based in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne but can service just about anywhere in Australia. Keep in mind additional travel fees may apply depending on your location. We can discuss this with you during our initial phone call.
