I am writing this post from the Problogger Conference on the Gold Coast. Apart from hopefully catching glimpse of some sun, I am looking forward to catching up with some blogger friends and hearing some of the inspiring speakers. At last year’s conference Lucy Feagins from The Design Files was a standout. True to her brand, respective of her readers and extremely humble, Lucy shared some of her words of wisdom which have stuck with me.
Inspiration of a different kind comes from this week’s Friday’s Favourites.
I can never go past an image that includes the Schumacher Imperial Trellis print. One of my favourite geometric patterns, this wallpaper is timeless and versatile. It adds some interest and colour to this dining room.
This master bedroom has all the elements of a perfect coastal getaway. A canopy bed, light timber flooring, natural materials and of course some shades of blue.
I love the symmetry of this front entrance. The greenery against the white house exterior makes a great first impression.
This Southern California home has a bright and contemporary feel. I love how the dining and kitchen area open up fully to the outdoor entertaining zone.
