I hope you had a great Easter break with your families. I love this time of year in Melbourne as the mornings get crisper and the autumn colours put on a beautiful display.

I was also really touched this week to be recognised by my friend and blogging ‘mentor’, Nicole from Planning With Kids as one of 5 Australian Blogs to enjoy (here).
I have enjoyed some down time too. This for me has meant scouring through interior magazines and Pinterest (with too much Easter chocolate by my side). Here are some of my Friday’s favourites.
I was initially attracted to this bathroom by the gorgeous floor tiling. Then I realised that there was a built-in coffee machine opposite the shower. Now that is some serious caffeine dedication! Maybe I should be looking beyond the kitchen for my coffee station?!
I came across this kitchen whose image has been sitting in my Kikki K ‘Dream Home‘ folder for years (does anyone else have one of these?). I love everything about it. The contrast dark island, industrial pendants and mesh cabinets (there are those subways again!).

These next two images are of a Sydney North Shore property recently designed by Coco Republic. The decor is so tasteful with a beautiful and soothing colour palette. I love the mix of silver and grey, against the dark floors.
This exterior image has me wanting to see more. The french doors and lanterns caught my eye in this patio area.

Have a lovely weekend.
