I have a confession to make, I feel like Scrooge. I have taken a year off from the Christmas decorating scene. Not being in our own home, plus having all our decorations and crafty bits and pieces in storage has meant an apathetic effort this year. Apart from my token Christmas Candle and Wreath, even my wrapping is ho-hum. No Christmas cards have been sent, with my excuse being that my address book was accidentally packed away! I have decided to enjoy the additional hours this hiatus is giving me. Plus, I am loving taking a back seat and seeing how others are decorating for this festive season. I am hoping to well and truly make up for lost time next year (no pressure!) and am madly pinning lots of Christmas Decor Inspiration on my Celebrations Pinterest board.
Starting with my Christmas tree inspo. You can’t go past a classic silver, red and white palette.
Or green, red and white.
I love the simplicity of these white and silver decorations against the green tree.
For something less traditional, this mint and gold palette look great. I love the idea of adding these black and white gingham fabric offcuts.
Turquoise and silver are another festive colour combination.
Coloured baubles in a glass jar is an easy way to continue the theme.

Pink and gold are a vibrant and fun palette.
One of my Christmas decor ‘dreams’ is to have a garland along a staircase. Maybe next year, but in the meantime here are some of my favourites.
It’s hard not to get caught up in the magic of a white Christmas with this image.
A huge thank you for your support this year. I love sharing with you what inspires me. I appreciate the time in your hectic lives that you put aside to read Gallerie B and wish you and your families a wonderful Christmas and restful holiday period. I will be taking a few weeks off in January but will be back with lots more interior inspiration and decorating tips.
