I have just returned from an incredibly inspiring visit to the Montauk Lighting showroom in Perth where they have recently launched their new Ralph Lauren lighting and furniture collection. Over the years I have shared a close relationship with Montauk Lighting, they have long been my go-to source for beautiful feature lighting for my client’s projects. More recently with the opening of my studio and showroom, I have been fortunate to showcase many of their unique and timeless pieces.

The Montauk showroom itself has a wonderful display of pendants, chandeliers, wall lights, floor and table lamps. In addition, they feature renowned brands such as Visual Comfort, Tom Dixon and Haberdashery.

They also host an exquisite range of designer furnishings and objects from around the world, under the umbrella of The Modern Traditionalists. Included in this curated collection are the newly launched Ralph Lauren lighting, furniture and accessories. My experience began with morning tea served in the Ralph’s signature dinnerware.

The first space, the Estate, is a richly layered vignette, transporting you to an elegant Ralph Lauren aesthetic.

In the second room ‘The Resort’, natural materials set the tone. Walls are clad in a textured grasscloth, rattan furnishings and leather accessories create a relaxed but elegant feel.

And a glimpse into my favourite space, aptly named the ‘Montauk’ room. The standout pieces for me being this stunning chandelier and turned leg coffee table.
